Mitchell and crew did a great job removing the concrete from our side yard and laying down gravel and topsoil. The job was done very efficiently and the estimate was bang on. They were very punctual and the communication was clear and easy. We will be recommending them for sure!

We had our swimming pool decommissioned earlier this year and were extremely pleased with the work done by Mitchell and his crew! The job turned out far better than we could have imagined and start to finish the work went seamlessly. Do not hesitate using this company.

Mitchell came out and broke up a cement retaining wall with rebar that I couldn’t break up with a jack hammer. He was on time, very professional and very very skilled with his machine. I would highly recommend Scott’s Mini Excavation & Breaking.

We hired Mitch to clear an overgrown backyard, covered in blackberry bramble bushes and other vegetation. He did a wonderful job, hard working and efficient. We highly recommend Mitch and will hire him again for any future work.

I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful this company is. They worked with us this spring to remove our pool. They are friendly. They are helpful. They return calls promptly! They helped us through Richmond city bylaws. If anybody doesn’t know how hard it is to deal with Richmond city bylaws, just ask me, I don’t think they have issued many permits to remove pools. Mitch and his dad Scott are very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any project you are considerIng. They will be our only choice for our next project!

Scott and his son did a fantastic job at removing our in-ground pool this August. Scott had a plan on how to properly fill in the hole left by the pool so that the ground wouldn’t sink and gave us an accurate estimate. He also gave us great advice on other things he could do for us while he was here (we had him clear out the underbrush under the trees behind the pool, too, and I’m very glad we did). Professional with a great work ethic, no unexpected costs, I would recommend Scott to anyone needing his excavation services.

Scott demolished my wood/composite patio and concrete pathway, located in a very tight area and also surrounded by two septic tanks. He did a fantastic job. Site was left nicely levelled and clear of debris. Everything was done on time and within budget. I highly recommend this company for any demolishing or excavation work.

This five star review is not one bit exaggerated. Scott and his son Mitch went above and beyond through the process of building us a 60 foot by 5 foot retaining wall. From bringing the proper ideas to the table, sourcing out gorgeous large natural rock, hand picking and delivering them and then breaking ground and turning a devastated yard into a master piece with great coordination and professionalism. Every bit of this job went very smooth, time efficient, and the final product is immaculate. Working with Scott was a great experience as he really works with the homeowner and creates a friendly environment. To top this all off I would have to say the price was more then just competitive. Great work. Highly recommend.

Decommissioned our swimming pool was a daunting process as access was very tight. Scott’s problem solving won the day and we are pleased with the result. Scott was very easy to work with and willing to go out of his way. His estimate of how long the project would take was on the money, and his was by far the lowest priced quote for the contract.
